Here's an incredibly simple and healthy recipe for a delicious breakfast or brinner. I love me some brinner. It's good stuff, and basically because who has time to make breakfast?! Why not make the best meal of the day at night! Especially when it's this simple. Grab your skillet and lets get cooking!

Caramelized Onion Dip
Here's a quick and easy recipe that provides a nice alternative to the packaged dip for your summer pool parties! I made a small little batch that is good for 2 people, but this can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.

Crock Pot Honey Lemon Chicken and Wild Rice
This is a super simple, fast, and deliciously healthy recipe that you can make on any weeknight. Grab your crock pot/slow cooker and lets get started! I used my Poke Along crock pot given to me by my mother (she had it when she was my age, so it's a pain in the ass to clean because it's all one piece but I think it's just so adorable!).

Bœuf à la Bourguignonne
This classic French dish has been around for ages, it is also popularly known as beef burgundy. Originally a poor persons dish it has transitioned its way into Haute Cuisine, and luckily it is incredibly simple to make. My mother has made this before, and I'm a huge fan of any kind of stew so now that I have my Rachael Ray dutch oven I was stoked to finally make this dish. I made it a couple of days ago, but due to my computers decision to be lame I had to wait for hubby to get home so I could use his =*( We don't know what's wrong with it, but hopefully it will get fixed soon!! Grab your skillet and lets get to cooking, you don't want to miss out on this one!

Maple Glazed Salmon with Veggies
Tonight's dinner was simple and quick to pull together, my only complaint was the actual salmon I used. I got frozen wild caught salmon from Trader Joe's and honestly it was pretty eh. Okay I guess. I don't know, the flavor wasn't really that great, the texture and color wasn't all that pretty and it made my house smell so badly like fish. I'm talking I walked through the door after taking out the trash and wanted to barf. After about 40 minutes of all the windows opened, fan on, and tons of room spray my house smells almost normal again. Although the salmon wasn't my favorite, it was still pretty darn good!

Vegetarian Spin on a Classic Omelette
Good morning! Today's breakfast was particularly hearty and delicious. When hubby and I lived in a different part of town, we used to always eat at a restaurant called "Aunt Emma's Pancake House." Epic food. For the breakfast special, you'd get a 2 egg omelette and 2 fluffy amazing pancakes for $3.99!! Hubby and I would share it, because it's a crap ton of food. Our favorite is, of course, the California Omelette.
